PSHRA NC (formerly NC IPMA-HR), is the only association in North Carolina exclusively dedicated to the Public Sector Human Resource professional. The mission of the organization is to provide year-round educational, legal compliance information, support, training, mentorship, and fellowship to public sector Human Resource professionals in all 100 counties, cities, towns, and municipalities throughout the State.

Under the guidance of our national organization, PSHRA (Public Sector HR Association), our goal is to ensure the ongoing and future development and support of our membership around the State.
